5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain services require paid subscriptions or purchases:

• All fees are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Prices may change with reasonable notice to subscribers
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may not be available for all services
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the ScholaNova platform are owned by ScholaNova and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

7. User-Generated Content

When you submit content to our platform, you grant ScholaNova a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Educational Content and Accuracy

Our services are intended to supplement, not replace, formal education. Users should consult with qualified educators and institutions for official academic guidance.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Termination
